MEFC is a Saudi-Japanese (Fujikura) partnership located in Riyadh (KSA). It was established in the year 1995 with joint venture partnership and technical collaboration from Royle Systems Groups, FiberCore, USA.
Maintenance Manager
• Identifying root cause of failures and implementing quick breakdown solutions to put the machines back in operation within minimum turnaround time.
• Accountable for determine & modifying the machines if required, for better performance also reducing down time. Efficiently analyzing breakdowns and taking corrective action. Scheduling preventive maintenance periodically.
• Handling Master entry and creation of new codes of new spare parts in Orion/ERP system. Providing On Job Training & scheduling external training with HR & planning for maintenance personnel.
• Adroitly assigning daily maintenance activities to maintenance personnel also making visual observation of the machines & panels in order to find out any abnormalities.
• Approving purchase requisition form raised by supervisor and also providing assistance during commissioning of the new machines & various technical data and requirement needed for commissioning.
• Efficiently analyzing breakdowns and take corrective action also scheduling preventive maintenance periodically.
• Proposing minimum stock level as per the degree of failure also maintaining documents as per ISO.
• Responsible for installation and commissioning of machines also approving outsourced technical services. Communicating with machine manufacture (mainly USA, Austria, etc) to solve all issues of machines.
• Proficiently monitoring and analyzing the equipments to avoid unexpected breakdown and efficiently handing breakdown & modification by applying various efforts.
• Achieving reduction in breakdown incidences with deft implementation of proactive maintenance. Implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Planning the execution of maintenance activity, observing standard procedures for maintenance and considerably reducing down time.
• Supervising Power connection and providing the wiring assistance in network & telephone arrangement in coordination with IT.
