1- Property insurance.
1. A Risk assessment inspection
• Description the subject matter (including layout of the site and the construction scheme)
• The neighboring premises and how it affects the establishment.
• Determine the natural of business of the establishment.
• Indentifying the risks and the possibility of their probability and severity.
• Inspecting the fire fighting system and its plan and how it prevents the establishment.
• Analyzing the insured value and ascertaining adequacy.
• Calculate the probable maximum loss (PML).
• Categorization of the risk.
• Recommendation according to (OSHA) & NFPA codes, if any.
1.B Property Claims
• Investigating the accident.
• Describing and assessment of the damage.
• Proximate cause of fire and /or theft.
• Determine the salvage value of the damage property.
2- Cargo surveying /Claims
• Inspecting the general condition of goods.
• Investigating the proximate cause and the extent of damage to cargo and assessment of loss.
• Determine, according to the local market, the salvage value of the damage goods and the selling operation, if any.
Education
• Bachelor's degree in social work from social work institute 2007
Certification
I have attended the 10 hours occupational safety and health administration training course in ((construction and health)) from" OSHA"
Skils
- Computer skills.
• Diploma in secretary from YAT educational center 2006 (Operating system(Windows) ,Word, Excel ,PowerPoint, Internet, ….etc)
• Drawing AutoCAD 2&3D.
• Efficient in hardware.
• Data entry using Microsoft Access.
