Warehousing & Inventory Management.
? Store keeping and maintain the inventory
? Monthly MIS report making.Give a production plan according material availability.
? Issue RM to Production as per project requirement.
? Issue Accessories to production as per BOM.
? To get QC done for Finish product and arrange for dispatch.
? To get trading material QC done and keep ready for dispatch.
? Coordination with procurement as per material requirement and follows.
? To make a domestic dispatch plan for daily dispatches according Customer order.
? Daily material movement tracking.(INWORD AND OUT WORD)
? To look import activity and scheduling the materials with supplier as per material requirement and coordinate with Freight forwarder for material clearance and do the documentation.
? To look export activity and documentation.
? To raise PO for trading items and do the purchase accounting.

? Faulty material tracking prepare IRs and RMA get replacement.
? To do service entries of Vendor Bills against PR and WO in SAP.
