· Conducted interagency coordination between field logistical operational commands and internal departments

· Conducted strategic planning and start-up of a motor pool operation and inventory of equipment to be processed for repairs to operational level use and turn-in for deport repairs. Conducted unit fielding of new, and reissued equipment.
· Processed incoming equipment and research data for ordering replacement parts. Established feed data to unit supply systems.
· Provided technical advisement and performed maintenance management operations to include scheduled and unscheduled maintenance training, inspections, dispatching and readiness reporting.
· Developed logistical plans, policies and procedures necessary to support the logistics of supply, transportation and field sustainment
· Provided continuous liaison support between Army units in procurement of Weapons Systems and associated repair parts.
· Provided interagency coordination between field unit personnel and commercial Weaponry suppliers in the procurement of off-the-shelf items. Managed the resolution of warranty issues and provided contract support for Commercial Off the Shelf System Items (COTS).
· Direct support to Program Manager in the execution of modifications to Light Tactical vehicles for South West Asia operations
· Responsible for ensuring terms of contracts, operating agreements are followed in order; advising facilities of the required standards as outlined in the contractual and operating agreements.

· Conducting one on one hands on training and group training on equipment operations and maintenance do to environmental conditions in Iraq
· Providing correct up date data for FEDLOG and SLAMIS during field operations.
· Coordinate conduct fielding of test and diagnostic equipment and software training and deployment.
· Main POC for quality assurance of fielded equipment during operational test/development verification.
· Coordinate and maintain the Material Fielding Plan, Submit daily SITREPS and weekly reports
