Objective

Experience


• September 2009- Present: Adriatic LNG. Senior Logistic Coordinator Shore Base (Project Adriatic LNG. Portoviro, Italy).

Skills

• Coordinate and communicate operational request for passengers from/to offshore.

• Production of the daily plan “Manifest” necessary for outbound and inbound personnel movements.

• Coordinate cargo and Backload movements from Shore Base to Terminal

• Point of Contact for Offshore Personnel, Vendors and Padova Heliport.

• Ensuring check-ins/travel both by boat than by helicopter were communicated to relevant personnel.

• Negotiations with Bus Companies with the aim of transporting day-trippers.

• Following up enquiries regarding the proper documentation necessary to issue an ALNG id-badge.

• Managing the project personnel database and ensuring all electronic records are accurate and up to date.

• Managing Schedule Offshore ( Rotation 2x3)

• Producing management database reports regarding the personnel of the project.

• Draft standard operating procedures for companies to follow to ensure that their personnel are approved and able to travel.

• Interacting with various internal parties involved in the project’s personnel logistics, primarily the management and Padova Heliport.

• Prioritising the daily issuance of security badges depending upon the urgency of the requirement for personnel and in accordance with the sea and air travel schedule.

• Organising the distribution of security badges to the various points of offshore departure, thus ensuring that all personnel have their security badges prior to their need to travel.
