I am presently affiliated with the Operations department handling Cargo Control related activities for more than 4 years with MAERSK Global Service Centre, a highly service and quality oriented centre, established with the objective of delivering sustainable best in class quality and consistent service around the world with constantly seeking operational efficiency and driving process improvements.

• Diploma in Industrial Electronics (2002) from Mumbai University with first class in all semesters.
• H.S.C (Class XII) (1999) from Delhi Board affiliated under India School Certificate Examination with first class.
• S.S.C (Class X) (1996) from Delhi Board affiliated under India Certificate of Secondary Examination with first class.

• Successfully passed ICDL (International Driver’s License Certification).

• Passed Diploma in Computer Programming, Hardware and Networking from Jetking Infotrain Ltd.
• Proficient in MS-Office and working knowledge of Internet, Microsoft Outlook.
• MSL systems knowledge including RKEM, RKCS, GSIS, EASY & OPS, GLEO, MARVEL, RKDS, MEPC, GCSS.
