1994-2007 Management of the operation and maintenance of furnace oil and gas fired 30MW power plant and 11KV overhead transmission lines to a major textile and weaving mills in Pakistan.
Responsible for a staff of sixty employees, procurement and planning of spares parts, budget, capital expenditures and cost of unit generated.
Maintain and achieve optimum level of efficiency for power generation.
Liaison with government agencies for inspection of the power plant and overhead lines.
Project management for construction of the 30MW power plant. Managed the civil works and construction contractors, erection of furnace oils and gas engines on foundations, auxiliaries, raw water pumps, pipelines, cooling towers, boilers, furnace and diesel oil storage tanks. Completed the commissioning of the power plant in stipulated time and budget.
