Objective
In response to a ad in MaritimeJobs.com I submit my resume for employment as Deckhand.. Through the limited offshore experience I gained as a co-op student, I was able to realize a career at sea is what I want. I have prepared myself by completing over 200 hours of instruction at Fletcher Technical College in towing principles, deck safety, general engineering, boat sanitation, lines and line handling, and general navigation. Plus, I completed the Able Seaman course at the Seaschool in May 2008.
As a military veteran with a strong engineering aptitude I am seeking a second career as a mariner. A chance to start with and grow with your company is what I am asking
