Nov. 2002 -March 2006 Sause Brothers Ocean Towing, Inc. Honolulu, HIAssistant Engineer/Deckhand/Cook§ As Assistant Engineer, responsible for maintenance and repairs of ship’s systems under direct supervision of Chief Engineer; including EMD & MTU2000 series main engines, John Deere & Detroit Diesel Auxiliary engines and deck machinery.§ As Deckhand, worked under First Mate during operations including docking, making up to barges & getting underway. § As cook, responsible for ordering weekly stores, preparing meals for a tug crew of 5 and maintaining galley.
