I have been in the security profession for 20 years and a Security Management for 10 years. I have my State Security License and certification in CPR,First Aid and AED. I have excellent customer service skills computer skills word, powerpoint excel, outlook, internet and email. I have experience in security Management over 25 officers conducting performance evaluations, interviews,terminations, recruiting training offficers scheduling and payroll. I have ran several accounts and won awards for keeping my overtime and turnover down each year. I won this award 4 years in a row also for excellent customer service professionalism and great Leadership abilities.
• Supervise the day to day security operations of an assigned Client Site
• Manage a team of Security Officers, Site and Shift Supervisors including hiring/selection, scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, development and support.
• Ensure the Client Site is provided with high quality security services to protect people and property.
• Build, improve and maintain effective relationships with both client and employees
• Coordinate necessary support services to effectively manage client site to meet or exceed financial and operational goals and provide quality customer service
• Ensure all required reporting and contract compliance requirements are met
• Handle any escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately
• Other management responsibilities as determined by Client or District Manager
