Objective
My Experience of about 4 years at management level ranks of Chief Officer and Master has made me commercially aware and I have leant to lead my team taking care of both my juniors and seniors. I take a leading role and discuss steps I would take in resolving situation that arise. This has resulted in building up experience and confidence, providing a greater number of appropriate suggestions on operational issues.

Its been almost 15 years since I joined Shipping Industry as a cadet, and since then experience on different type of vessels (General Cargo, Reefer, Multipurpose, Bulk Carriers & Container Carriers), has made me a person who can rapidly adapt to the changing demands.

In the shipping industry it is essential to convey and receive information correctly. I have an approachable style and carry out my tasks in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures, whilst liaising with my fellow officers and crew in an open and co-operative manner, resulting in an increase in our knowledge base and a reduction of inherent risk.
