Duties were the installation of new construction plumbing i.e.: main water and fire lines, sewers, excavate and install various systems, maintain constant standards of industry and adhere to local state and federal codes. Operate heavy equipment necessary to perform said duties. Read and follow blueprints to complete task and see to it that all safety regulations were followed by my crews. I also maintained our heavy equipment.
Acrtion Rental and Partytime – Manager – 1994 to 1997, Eugene, OR
As manager of two stores, I had to oversee all activities on a day to day basis. Responsible for maintaining a constant flow of equipment, tools and supplies in and out on rentals. This included all home owner needs, equipment for construction as well as a full line of party supplies for weddings, city events and private parties. Also responsible for a complete line of medical equipment, such as wheel chairs, oxygen, beds and the like. My duties also included overseeing that delivery and set up/tear down was done in a timely manner and done correctly for many large city events like the Eugene Celebration, Filbert Festival and other events as in car shows. I was also responsible for all human relations, hiring and maintenance of the business’ accounting ledgers. Basically, my position was equal to that of a CEO.

I am an excellent team leader and find motivating people a natural part of my life I am also currently and licensed Realtor and have several certificates allowing me to work on HVAC system as well as having an Aviation Power Plant Certificate I have several years operating backhoe’s, bulldozers, excavators, tractors, fork lifts, cranes, scissor lifts, boom trucks, various landscaping equipment and dump trucks. I have no limitations as to my ability to run or operate any type of mechanical device. I am also familiar with proper safety and operation procedures on said equipment.
