Objective
I see myself employed as an investigator of more difficult and/or complex investigations if the opportunity arises using my investigation and management skills in future positions. I believe in starting at the bottom and working through the ranks in order to gain experience and prove you. Due to my unfamiliarity with the country I would want to gain experience in the country Laws and market, learn and understand the Laws of your country. I believe you cannot compile investigations if you don’t know the Laws of the said country although having the necessary experience.
Experience
More than 11 years experience in investigations, gathering intelligence, interrogation of victims /suspects successfully in more difficult and/or complex investigations, makes me a highly experience investigator . I have the ability to motivate and drive other investigators to resolve their cases in the best way they can. Being Area/Project Manager I have to coordinate and organize all projects in my area as well all other human resources related issues.I am a confident & dynamic investigator with 11 years experience as a Detective in the South African Police Service. My last position in the South Africa Police Service was that of an Advance Internal and Covert Corruption, intelligence gathering, prevention of Corruption, and other serious Police misconducts investigator. During my stay in Gauteng, I was the chairman in departmental hearings of Police members. , I was a chief investigator of the Covert Anti-Corruption Unit in Gauteng Province (Johannesburg, Republic of South Africa). This unit consisted of four sections; I was in charge of one of these sections. My duties included managing a team of eight specialized detectives and managing this team effectively, I had to allocate staff to individual cases. It was imperative to manage the team properly with the necessary expertise, to ensure that they received the correct support systems needed to make operations effective. With my knowledge I was able to supply them with the necessary guidance and motivation to ensure successful convictions. I was an Emergency Dive Supervisor, this indicates that I can work under pressure and can take calculated decisions under difficult circumstances. From 2003/4 till 2005 I was involve with the investigations of tampered and/or stolen Vehicles and Organized Crime basis as required by the SA Police and gathering information to prevent crime, Advance Internal and Covert Corruption investigations, intelligence gathering and prevention of Corruption, and other serious Police misconduct.
