Received, identified and repaired all incoming return authorized (RA’s) laminate machines and associated equipment. I diagnosed and examined all equipment for potential repair or loss classification. Auxiliary Technician (Plant Closed for Cold Storage)



Served as a Boiler Tender/Field Operator for a 72 Mega Watt Stoker Boiler Co-Generation Power Plant. Performed daily operational checks on stoker boilers and associated auxiliary equipment such as Boiler Feed Pumps, Over-Air/Induced-Air Fans, Bottom/Fly Ash Systems, Fluidized Gas Desulfurization (FGD) Systems, Baghouses, Cooling Tower and Lime/Ash Silos. Performed light to intermediate preventable maintenance (PM’s) task on various plant equipment such as Atomizers, Replacing Baghouse Bags/Cages, Air Compressors, Vacuum Lines, Bottom Ash Systems, Clinker Grinders, Motor Belts, Grit Screen Change Outs and Auxiliary (Package) Boiler Operational Checks. In addition to my duties but not limited to are as follows:



Performed Water Chemistry to test boiler water consistency of proper chemical balance.

Performed daily Continuous Emissions Monitoring (CEM) equipment checks as per the Department of Air Quality Regulations.

Primary Fuel/Coal Unloading point of contact for my shift.

Managed contracted work crews during outage shutdowns.

Systems Technician (Promoted to above position)



Served as the warehouse/inventory control lead for a 72 Mega Watt Stoker Boiler Co-Generation Power Plant. Overseen and managed the daily task of spare parts distribution and restocking of a 1.5 million dollar inventory. Managed stocking levels via the use of database software called Maintenance Pac II (MP2). The software was also used for the generation of cycle counts, Usage reports, stock location, vendor contact information, purchase orders, work orders, PM task scheduling and labor/cost analysis. Conducted annual inventory audits that resulted in 99.8% accountability average for my 4 years in this position. In addition to my duties but not limited to are as follows:



Served as the Systems Administrator for a 30 user Novell Network

Back up to the Administrative Assistant.

Served, as a Human Resource Representative while issuing the Company required technical skills test to over 1000 applicants.

Trained plant personnel on basic usage of the Maintenance Pac II Software.

My duties included much of the same as my specialty, but under a classified nature. In this position I held a Top Secret Security Clearance.
