· Responsible for supervision of over 200 employees a shift, scheduling of manpower, conferring with and managing conflicts between Service Partners.

· Oversee and manage daily operations of intermodal rail and freight movement.

· Designed and produced written safety letter for intermodal terminal.

· Inspected physical condition of intermodal yard and equipment. Prepared corrective measure requisitions for repair and equipment replacements.

· Provided training for service partners of BNSF, including compliance with safety and loading regulations, resulting in significant, measured improvement in service partner productivity.
