Troubleshoot and repair (20) Oil Rigs over Northern California, PLC and controllers (4) types Honeywell, Hart, Foxboro and Yocogowa Removing instruments from service without slowing operation. Revise / Draw loop sheet as necessary and calibrate, design / improve control configuration, Loop Turning, Perform the needed. DCS configuration changes. Maintain the Foxboro I/A control system. Perform special I/ E tuning. Overtime and call out coverage for the District of Northern California as required, read PID spec for Insp I also work with Detroit Diesel Engine, Allison Transmission Electronic. Voltage was from 600,480,220,110 and motor size was from 50 to 60 power and 3 amp breaker. Inspecting, installing, calibrating, repairing, maintaining and troubleshooting electrical, mechanical and other instruments and control equipment. Ordering parts and supplies and maintaining a spare parts inventory, preparing reports and keeping a record of work performed.
