I am basically Diploma in Electronic Engineering. I have 15-years
experience in the Oil & Gas, On-shore & Off-shore sector in discipline of Instrument
supervisor to Senior Instrument Technician I have experience in Maintenance as well as Commissioning of Electronic and Pneumatic Process Control Instruments.
I working as Instrument Supervisor for TOTAL E&P Syria, carried out maintenance activities, field modification, and maintain Instrument Calibration data sheets. I have excellent communication skill and team work. My experience will cover in digital instrumentation like Distribution Control system (DCS), Program logic controller (PLC), Pneumatic control system, Solar Turbine control system Gas & Diesel generator safety control system, air package, Gathering Station, and Well head control systems.
Experience
I started my carrier as an Instrument Technician in Oil & Gas Industries for Maintenance as well as Commissioning since 1990.
I handled all kind of electronic & pneumatic process control instruments used in oil and gas industries, like control valves, transducers, analytical instruments, process parameter transducers. Maintenance and servicing of electronic and pneumatic for flow, pressure, level, temperature, transmitters, switches, control valves, shutdown valves MOV’s, vibration instruments, Have good experience in well head actuators, spring loaded actuators control valves
Samplers, smart transmitters, electronic & pneumatic controllers. fire and gas safety instruments. I have experience in installation of instruments, cable glanding termination and tubing, as per FMR with safety standards. Preparing daily maintenance record and equipment history. Planning, preparation, and carryout Shutdown jobs. Maintaining the record for instrument at store. Maintaining the record for instrument history
I have experience in calibration pre-commissioning and commissioning of electronic and pneumatic process control instruments I had been worked as an Instrument Technician, for installation, loop check, functional Test and Logic test of INFI90 Bailey DCS System. Pre-commissioning system by Simulating all permissive for satisfied the logic and inter lock. I worked myself up to Functional cards used for I/O, analog and digital modules I had been familiar in Yokogawa excel, and Honeywell. Systems. I am familiar in Allen-Bradley, Triconic, Hima, Siemens, and Hithachi, PLC systems, to force the digital inputs. Modify (Add & Remove) the ladder logic. Glanding, Tubing, Planning for field modification. Installation, Calibration, loop checking and commissioning.
