MM Muehringer - Client: Harouge Oil Operations, Libya
Key Achievements
Asked to return by a previous employer, MM Muehringer, for a contract in Libya following the end of the civil war
Made visual dive inspections of SPMs, conventional berths and barges, and carried out maintenance and repairs
Overhauled, removed and installed SPMs including header valves, sub- and floating hoses using hydraulic tools
Salvaged flotsam and jetsam as required, and dredged the harbour every year to maintain a safe environment
Served as lead diver, managing diving communications and pre-dive inspections of the decompression chamber
Conducted pre- and post-dive inspections & maintenance of dive equipment, and complied with safety regulations
Evacuated in August 2014 due to an increasingly volatile situation including damage to and closure of the airport

DCN Global LLC - Client: NMDC, Abu Dhabi
Key Achievements
Key player in the construction of a break-water wall for the Zakum Artificial Island for a DCN client in Abu Dhabi
Member of a team of 5 divers working 12 hour shifts and ensuring compliance with offshore survival procedures
Served as the underwater coordinator, collaborating closely with the crane driver to position 15 tonne ‘X’ blocks
Acted as standby safety diver, maintaining full expertise in diving emergency and decompressions procedures

Selected as an Air Diver for a client of MM Muehringer in Libya, to conduct underwater inspection & maintenance
Used a range of hydraulics tools to install, remove and repair SPMs and maintain berths, barges and equipment
Conducted regular salvage operations and annual harbour dredging to ensure the safety of maritime activities
Made safe all equipment prior to an emergency evacuation from Libya caused by the outbreak of the civil war
