Manager Import and Customer Services from 2001,with Megaimpex Pakistan Private Limited, till June 2008.Was reponsible for all inland and foreign correspondence with counterpart offices,customer queries and complaints.Managed a team of 6 members offering business related solutions to problems,ensured smooth and timely submission of work.Was the only female staff member at the managerial post comprising of 500 employees.
