The attached resume has a complete look at my educational background, work experience and skills relevant to this position but here is a brief description of what I have to offer your company. I have a diplomat in International Trade & Transport and four years of experience working for an import/export company.

I have strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and I have excellent data entry skills. I speak two languages fluently and I have the interpersonal skills needed to work with distributors and retailers efficiently. I also have excellent customer service skills and negotiating skills with the ability to find the best rates based on the contents of the shipment and its destination.

I have the ability to prepare the cargo for shipment by making sure it is packaged according to specifications, determine the shipping route and schedule the date for shipment. I have the training needed to oversee shipments leaving the country and to make sure they comply with all laws concerning exporting goods.

I have experience preparing export documentations, along with the ability to make sure all paperwork is in order so the shipment will be sent out in sufficient time to meet the delivery date. I have the ability to pay close attention to detail to ensure accuracy. I also have excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability meet deadlines and follow up on all orders.
