Experience
From 08.06.07 till 19.07.07 – Chief officer on m/yacht” Mystere” – 46 m. Since 29.01.06 till 08.08.2006 worked as staff captain on m/v”NEPTUNE” Loyal Merit Management Ltd. Since 03.2001 till 05.2005 worked as chief officer ,staff captain on passenger ship “Golden Princess”-Golden Princess Cruise Ltd. Since 10.1999 till 11.2000 worked as 1-st officer on cruise passenger ship m/v“Van Gogh” – Club Cruise company .From 1984 till 2000 worked as deck watch officer in Far Eastern Company,Black Sea Shipping Company, UNICOM,WALLEM ,Chartworld shipping company on dry cargo,bulkcarriers ships..

From 1978 till 1984 I graduated in Odessa National Maritime Academy.
Certification
I have all STCW required certificates including GMDSS, RADAR/ARPA, Basic Safety training, Advanced Firefighting,Proficiency in survival Craft, Medical Care on Board,Dangerous Goods certificate,Ships Security officer, Crowd Management, Bridge team management certificates.All certificates updated in may 2007.
Skils
I have a Great experience as watch officer, performing different duties of Navigational officers as : control, updation of navigational publications, corrections of charts, navigational publications, passage planning and preparations.
Experience of Management of deck crew, on board a lot of experience of work with Deck crews of different nationalities :Fhilippine, Burma, Maldives others. Maintenance or inventory of deck departments , maintenance of ships hull, superstructure, open decks, all deck equipments .Strong Safety skills on board of passenger ships including drill preparations, safety crew trainings on board, inventory and maintenance of safety equipments, firefighting ,lifesaving equipments as lifeboats ,liferafts ,firefighting systems, equipments. Experience of ships Safety, ISPS Code, ISM Code Surveys on board of Passenger Ships.I have a lot of repair works experience on board of passenger ships including DRY DOCKING ships repairs experience.
Managing and control for updating of ships certificates , SMS documentation, Company’s procedures and manuals.
