DUTIES AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

? Operating System: PEACHTREE

? Carry out the recruitment process of the applicants very confidentially and carefully.

? Help and assist Managers, Director and Accountant.

? Daily make Total Sales Report to present the Manager and daily sales each customer to present the Owner Director.

? Handle all inquiries for Supplier within my capacity

? Daily check all stock inside bakery and purchasing LPO.

? Maintain office supply and Receiving Stock with supplier put in stock room our bakery and writes receiving each item in stock room and production and expired each container inside production room.

? Arrange petty cash and petrol cash weekly.

? General clerical duties including printing photocopy machines and scanners. Information. Organizing work and telephone receptionist.

? Established and maintains electronic records management system for all incoming LPO and outgoing fax and receiving phone calls daily Order each customers and receiving LPO in Outlook correspondence.

? Responsibility daily making invoice each costumer.

? Do phone call surveys for all customers. And getting appointment each customer the Director.

? Scheduling the interviews according to the availability of the management staff and informing the candidates through e-mails or phone calls.

? Preparing the contract papers and getting them signed as per instructions.

? Explain the rules and regulations of the company for the new employees.

? Maintaining the data of leave applications and available leaves of the employees.

? Maintaining a file of personal information of each and every employee.

? Maintain the records regarding change of staff, attendance register, time book, etc.

? Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
