Experience
August 21st 2010 –August 30 th 2010 Working on board a vessel called the HOS Coral and mobilized a mud mat and two manifolds. Our objective was to lower these pieces down to help finish the Constitution well. Their weights respectively were 100 tons and 220 tons collectively for the 2 manifolds. We centred them down the back deck and worked with a vessel called the 7 oceans. We rigged the crane up and banked the equipment off the back deck so that they could deploy all 3 of the structures subsea to connect them to the constitution spar and pipeline.
July 3rd 2010 – July 21 2010 Rigger Technip Working on board a vessel called the C- Enforcer to bring out mud mats to the deepwater horizon site. The purpose of the job was to lay a contingency path over pipe lines to send the crude oil to Galapagos platform. I was charge hand for the night shift. The job entailed setting up the back deck to the engineer’s specs for the layout. Hooking up the mud mats to the frame and communicating with the Normand fortress’s crane to offload our back deck and deploy the mats.
June 9th ,2010 – June 19th , 2010 Rigger Technip We mobilized a vessel called the Kirt Chouest to install new hydraulic flying leads and 3 jumpers. This job was the conclusion of the Nansen field. We overboarded all of the equipment using the crane and rigging and deployment frames.
May 12,2010 – MAY 29,2010 Rigger Technip We were sent out to the Nansen platform to do an umbilical step out and then wait for the boat to come in and so we could do the umbilical pull in. The job was done together with Crossmar winch operators.
Febuary 12,2010 – March31,2010 Rigger Technip We were sent out to platform corral 365 to install another natural gas riser on the south west corner. We installed a total of 45 subsea clamps and 600 feet of riser tube plus 600 feet of an umbilical line.
May26,2009 - June6,2009 Subsea Excavation Technician/ROTECH Working on board the International Frontier. Duties included setting up the T-4000 tool on the back deck, Maintaining the tool and recording the sonar data. Scope of the job was to touch up the grid and taper the edges of the hole.
May10,2009 – May 21,2009 – Subsea Excavation Technician/ROTECH Working on board the Tiger Fish. Duties included setting up the T-4000 tool on the back deck, Maintaining the tool and recording the sonar data. Scope of the job was to dig a hole 25x75feet deep next to a downed rig so that the saturation divers could go in and make a hole in the fuel takes to siphon out the leftover fuel.
April5,2009 – May1,2009 – Subsea Excavation Technician/ROTECH Working on Board the International Frontier. Duties included setting up the T-4000 tool on the back deck, Maintaining the tool and recording the sonar data. Scope of the job was to dig a grid around the conductors of a downed rig (30x90x25 feet) so the saturation divers could go back in to cap the well.
February2, 2009 – February28, 2009 – Subsea Excavation Technician/ROTECH Working on board the Superior Performance. Duties included setting up the T-8000 tool on the back deck, Maintaining the tool and recording the sonar data. Scope of the job was to dust off rigs that were downed by Hurricane Katrina, so that saturation divers could hook up the rigging to the structures below and lift them to the surface and place them on a debris barge.
January14, 2009 – January25, 2009 – Subsea Excavation Technician/ROTECH Working on board the Olympic Orion. Duties included setting up the T-4000 tool on the back deck, Maintaining the tool and recording the sonar data. Scope of the job was to bury an existing pipeline around a rig.
December26, 2008 – January7, 2009 - Rigger /HELIX Working on board the Northern Canyon. Duties included a massive mobilization of the back deck. Stripping the overboard winch and port side bulk heads in order to install a heavy duty trencher to bury new pipeline. New L.A.R.S. Was installed which was 60x30feet.
November 8th- November26, 2008 – Rigger /HELIXWorking on board the Northern Canyon. Duties included the laying of Mud Mats, recovering subsea baskets and the introduction of a subsea extension cord into a pipeline to revive communication with the well.
July19,2008 – October8, 2008 - Gun Mechanic /SHELLWorking on board the Cape Flattery. Sent to the Chuckchi Sea to look for low laying deposits of gas, hydrocarbons, and fishers in the sea floor. Duties included setting up the high pressure array on the back deck, launching, recovering and operating the system. Collecting data recovered from the hydrophones and then recorded at catalogue for later use. * Received certification for Pedestal Crane/General Lifting Appliance Rigger, according to API, ASME B30 and Industry Standards. Expires 08,2012
June5,2007 thru April2, 2008 – Rigger/CONDIVE Working on board the Ocean Commander with a set rotation working 6 weeks and off for 3 weeks. Duties include maintaining the back deck and overseeing all the operations with all of the third party contracted companies. Rigging all of the equipment correctly for descent to the sea floor with correct communication with crane. Most of the jobs entailed salvaging rigs from the sea floor with the help from saturation divers.
May 21, 2007 – May 29, 2007 – Subsea Excavation Technician/ROTECH Working on board the Global Cherokee. Duties Include setting up the equipment on the back deck, running the sonar lines and making sure that the T-4000 tool was running efficiently with pre dive checks
March 7, 2007 – April 24, 2007 - ROV Pilot Technician/Rigger/HELIXWorking on board the Harvey Discovery offshore Gulf of Mexico. Duties included ROV maintenance, Pre and Post Dive checks and maintenance, Data Recording, Dive logs and Rigging work when required.
December 30, 2006 – February 18, 2007 – Rigger/SAIPEM Working on board the H.O.S. Dominator offshore Gulf of Mexico. Duties included Rigging with Crane Operations and ROV support.
November 2, 2006 – December 15, 2006 – Rigger/SAIPEM Working on board the Maersk Reliance offshore in Gulf of Mexico. Duties included Rigging with Crane Operations and making sure that the all equipment was loaded correctly for the overboard Versa-bar winch.
October 15, 2006 - October 29, 2006 – Rigger/ADAMS Working on board the Adams Surveyor offshore in Gulf of Mexico. Duties included Rigging with Crane Operations, lifting Pipeline cut by Saturation Divers onboard and moving over to Barges.
