• Service, Maintain, and Repair specialized medical laboratory and research appliances and equipment such as Walk-In Coolers/Freezer, Ultra-Low Temperature Cascade Freezers as well as reach-in coolers, freezers, etc.



Dec 2007 - July 2010: UCLA Stationary Operating Engineer

• Service, maintain, repair and/or install major and auxiliary equipment to include chillers, domestic and hydronic hot water heaters, cooling towers, expansion valves, motors, fans, pumps, controls, hermetic and semi-hermetic compressors and other specialized HVAC equipment to achieve maximum performance and efficiency of operation. Inspect operating controls, safety controls and all related auxiliary equipment for obvious damage, signs of deterioration and need of replacement to ensure safe, correct, and accurate operation. Prepare accurate written reports and maintenance records. Interact with staff, management, and the campus community in an effective and diplomatic manner. Perform duties utilizing appropriate safety practices.
