Objective

Experience


1991 thru 2005 I worked for Scotsman Ice Systems. The entry level pertained to warehouse work, then progressed to Installation Helper to Installation Crew Leader, next I became an Ice Machine Service Technician, eventually holding position as Service Manager in charge of five states, this position covered thousands service agencies and included National Acconts such as AM/PM, Mc Donald's Vons, Ralph's etc. In 2005 I resigned in order to open a restaurant in wich I was owner/operator for over five years. This position covered everthing maintenance, cooking bartending, waitering, supply ordering, human resource hiring/firing/training, accounting, agency tax filing, payroll along with many other functions.

Skils


Forklift operations, electrical, plumbing, Refrigeration Technician operation of refrigerant recovery systems. Managed my own restaurant for 5 years. Ability to improvise and accomplish challanging duties. Well known for motovating those around me.
