All type of Air conditioning (Erection and commissioning).
2. Working at height if required during breakdown and periodic checkup.
3. Knowledge about operational working & maintenance industrial type cooling tower, gear box.
4. Attend to plumbing works as required.
5. Preventive (routine) maintenance & alignment of Auxiliary equipment viz, centrifugal pumps, A.H.U, F.C.U, Blower, Cooling tower e.t.c.
6. Dismantling & assembling of Voltas/carrier open type compressor.
7. Pressure testing, Evacuating and refrigerant charging in Air conditioning system.
8. Operations of reciprocating screw & centrifugal compressor all microprocessor based system, water cooled and air cooled.

Emergency maintenance tasks would include:
•responding immediately to equipment breakdowns
•fixing faults on site or arranging for replacement equipment to be installed
•keeping production managers informed of progress
•Organizing teams or individuals to make sure that 24-hour cover is available.
•drawing up and maintaining inspection schedules, perhaps in conjunction with manufacturers
•making sure regular checks are carried out in accordance with the plan
•delegating routine maintenance work to fitters and operators
•checking and calibrating instruments to make sure they are accurate
•Replacing parts either as required, or on a regular replacement schedule.
•roistering teams or individuals to ensure that 24-hour cover is always available
