Presently working as HVAC maintenance supervisor in Sultan Qaboos University
Al khoud, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman under GENET Co (Electro Mechanical maintenance Co) from December 2008.
? Work Responsibilities
• Supervising of 16 HVAC technicians and 6 assistant technicians, working in central part of University which includes Faculty and Administration area,
• Total 52 number of air cooled chillers (90 to 300TR), related equipments like AHU, FCU, VAV and other types of Air conditioning equipments like DX units, package unit, split units and window units are maintaining by our team,
• Also our team responsible for maintenance of Fume Extract fan units & different kind of refrigeration equipments like cold rooms, refrigerators freezers and drinking fountains etc,
• Carry out of PPM and break down works in different buildings of University by coordinate with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) department,
• Preventive and breakdown maintenance is carried out such that minimum breakdowns occur and minimum inconvenience is caused to the end user,
• Coordinate with purchase & store department and arrange suitable spare parts by contacting suppliers,
• Taking approval for repair and preventive maintenance certificates created by CMMS, by coordinate site inspection with Authority inspectors
