• Developed and managed human resources function for 115-employees, $20M Aerospace Manufacturer. Designed performance reviews for exempt/non-exempt personnel and salary administration programs.

• Advised and coached managers regarding counseling, discipline and termination of employees. Reviewed actions for legal and procedural compliance.

• Developed Employee Handbook and Code of Ethics Policy Manual. Created human resources policy manual including ADA, Sexual harassment, FMLA, EEO, FLSA and Drug Free Workplace.

• Worked with legal counsel to develop first-ever Affirmative Action Plan for compliance with government contracts.
