Strategic Planning

? Discuss with all the SBU / Project Heads and forecasting and planning of manpower

? Preparing LAP (Look Ahead Project) Manpower Schedule & Monitoring the Mobilization of New Recruitments

? Identifying the existing multi-disciplinary employees and recommending for their deployment at site where their service is required for short term

? Explore the demographical areas for potential recruitment to suit the job profile

? Business Collaboration with HR Consultants

Recruitment

? Core-Recruitment of White Collar Personnel

? Exploring the job portals for potential candidates and initiate the recruitment process.

? Arranging Technical Interview in co-ordination with respective department heads / technical evaluators

? Conducting Commercial Discussion / Negotiation with Selected Candidates to finalize the candidature.

? Approving the Job Offer Letter & Employment Contract Agreement

? Preparing the ERF (Employee Requisition Format) and getting the approval of the GM-HR to process Visa along with all the relevant required documents of the candidates

Performance Appraisal

? Recommended and working on the implementation of 360 Degree Feed Back

Achievements

? Undertook an analytical work - Quantitative analysis of co-relation between Motivation-Attrition – Retention with real data of Al-Hassan Engineering.
