Objective


Being an H.R (psychology I aspire to teach the top most postion.Being an H.R I woiuld like to implement whatever I have learnt during these many years.


Experience


1) Organization: Himatsingka Seide Limited.

Designation: Administrative Executive HR.

Duration: From January 02, 2004 till date.



Responsibilities:

· Formulating HR policies, conducting Orientation programes, Contract certification and transportation.

· Being one of the team member my job is to conduct Orientation programes, co-ordinating with the departmental head and instigate the needs of the particular department and function accordingly.

· Being active member of the orientation group, formulated the Induction manual book bifurcating into each categorical department according to organizational standards.

· Formulating HR policies.

· Manpower assessment, contract documentation and transportation.

· Being selection committee member, I visit factory and discuss with the departmental heads of their issues and needs and work accordingly.

· Maintaining attendance and leave record for Corporate staff and to provide salary inputs for preparing Corporate staff salary.

· Taking care of cost cutting in respect of all the service handled by Administrative department.

· Ensuring of all the essential services to run the daily activities of the company, which includes Administrative jobs like Stationary, Electrical maintenance, House keeping, catering services and Telephone bills etc.

· Facilitating transport facilities for the staff and the visitors.

· Taking care of company’s vehicle Insurance and various flats of the company and also taking care of company’s pay tax viabilities, such as property tax etc.

· To prepare salary inputs of workmen and staff respectively.

· To fulfill the loan formalities such as property purchase loan, house building loan and emergency loan and issuing SPA and HPA cheques to the concerned staff.

· Preparing and filing of statutory returns (Inspector of factories, Labor Inspector and Employment exchange).

· Preparing workmen annual increment statements and sending it to the concerned departmental heads.

· To prepare workmen appraisal forms for probation, confirmation and stipend revision after approval incorporate to the wages structure.

· Taking care of ESI, PF, Gratuity, new bank accounts, induction and Introduction programes and taking care of various Utility bills.

· Taking care of monthly First aid medical indents and distribute the required medicine to the concerned department based on the requirements.

· Taking care of canteen coupons to various contracts such as Wisdom Security, Kumar Transport, Bharat Vikas, Aquatory Treat systems, Mallikurjana Travels and Pragathi Landscapers.

· Attending to workmen domestic enquiry as a management representative and providing relevant information to the Enquiry office.



2) Organization: Mineral Enterprises Pvt Ltd.

Designation: Administrative Executive.

Duration: December 20, 2000 till 25th November 2003.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:



· Bachelor of Arts in Journalism stream in 1999-2001 from Christ College.

· Intermediate from St.Josephs College in 1998

· S.S.C from Karnataka board in 1996

· Post graduate in Psychology (Specialization in Personnel Management from Pondichery University in 2006.

· Pursuing M. B. A in Human Resource Management program from Symbiosis Institute.

* Cerrigied Call Centre Officer (From A+ Academy, Bangalore.
