SHI, HHI, DSME,STX and SPP ship yard with a few kind of vessel such
as FPSO, FLNG, Platform for Wind Turbine, Car and/or Container Carrier
and Chemical tankers.
I have worked in supervising and coordination of all inspections and testing
regarding Hull and Hull outfitting and Topside Structure Inspection below items
including Main crane. Accommodation ladder. Pipe installation and
hydro test etc.
- Material receiving inspection
- Fit-up inspection
4) Block final, pre-erection and erection inspection including dimension
-block welding inspection, tank air test, tank hydraulic test,
-NDE supervising, dimension supervising, etc.
5) Steel outfitting inspection
-Hose handling crane test, provision crane test, life/rescue boat test,
-container demonstration, accommodation ladder test, etc.
6) Pipe fabrication and installation inspection
7) Issue and clear of NCR(OCR)
