Overall responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing HSSEQ directives within an organization that includes 600 staff in 9 countries, operating 60+ tugboats related vessels.

Overall responsible for ensuring safe environmental working conditions for all employees, preventing accidents, diseases, injuries and property loss.

A lead role in the implementation of the company Safety Management System and ISO 9001:2008 standards in new and existing operations.

Developed and delivered training program for auditing processes and procedures.

Risk analysis and accident investigation.

Led the implementation of a new system for recording safety incidents, leading to a 300% increase in reporting of hazards and observations.
