- To ensure that company with its operations works in accordance to standard health, safety
&environment rules;
- Responsible for quality, health, safety & environment in acc. With the comp. policy;
- To provide technical support & and assistance in relation to HSE;
- To prepare & implement audit schedules;

- Under the direction of the O.I.M., investigate all incidents and accidents to initially make the
area safe and then to determine cause.
- Maintain orderly files of safety reports, correspondence and documents in accordance
with the SEP system. Assist the FPSO Management team with the implementation of
document control procedures.
- Administer and monitor Code of Safe Handling of Hazardous substances on the FSO,
MOPU and maintain product data sheets on file.
- Undertake statutory area safety inspections in accordance with Flag regulations.
