Objective
I am very passionate and dedicated in being a Safety Practitioner as I care for the safety and well-being of my colleague, workmen and workplace, Care for the environment. I am also a trained Firefighter and a Search and Rescue personnel, trained in Basic First-Aid, CPR. I am dedicated in having to achieve a site where safety comes as a part & way of life. I am determined to achieve a site which is free from injury. To learn is to be safe is my principal & objective at site.
Experience
I am well versed and well experienced with the Workplace Safety & Health Legislation for Ship Building & Ship Repair 2008 and Building Construction 2006 Act. Being a safety personnel, I have been involved in many Jack-up, Semi-Sub & an FPSO Conversion project, as a Safety Engineer and a Safety Advisor. I am also a certified Confined Space Safety Assessor and trained in Risk Assessment. I was also involved in the Reclamation project of Jurong Island and Tuas View Extension. During these experiences of the project and work, my objective and dedication was to educate working personnel to instill a safety culture within them and to enforce the government Workplace Safety & Health Act. It is a great satisfactory to achieve a worksite without any Loss Time Incident.
