SBM is a leading company and experts in the field of design, procurement, fabrication, construction and supply of offshore systems having operations worldwide. We are awarded for EPC project involving construction and delivery of three Rigs to clients QGP, Odebrecht & Delba, a completely outfitted and equipped dynamically positioned Mobile Offshore Drilling (Modu) according to semi submersible design. The work is undergoing in IMCC Group, involved in heavy engineering onshore and offshore construction.

Duties & Responsibilities Exposed
• Ensuring effective implementation of HSE Management System in line with standards including OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001 and timely achievement of objectives and targets
• Assisting Project manager to undertake the assigned projects with utmost safety performance
• Review contract HSE documents, safety procedures, close out reports submitted by the contractors and advice management in respect to HSE matters
• Ensuring all activities on site are in compliance with project safety requirements & procedures
• Liaison closely with contractor in developing & imparting of updated HSE related trainings (tool box talks, induction trainings, specific trainings)
• Promote pro-active management commitment and employee involvement in HSE activities including behavioural-based safety , suggestion schemes & incentive programs
• Participation in Risk Assessment & Review (JHA / THA, HAZOP,HAZID)
• Close monitoring of site activities, reporting observations, issuing non-conformance as required including STOP& TASK Programs
• Participation in weekly meetings and monthly executive meetings as HSE representative.

Keppel shipyard , world’s leading shipyard of Keppel group which is under Keppel offshore and marines, doing major ship repair and conversion projects.
Designation : HSE Officer (03/03/05 – 02/03/07)
Duties & Responsibilities Exposed
• Assisting HSE Manager in the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the HSE Management System in accordance with OHSAS 18001 / ISO14001.
• Providing specialist safety advice, assistance and support to the line managers/supervisors & project team to enable the implementation of safety practices
