Collaborate with on-site recruiting team in client’s needs for “hot” positions throughout North America (US and Canada). As a field consultant, I work remotely and independently on multiple open requisitions requiring intense multitasking abilities as well as attention to detail, correlating potentially transferable skills in industry-specific positions. Screening process includes selecting key candidates from a massive database and conducting initial phone interviews then forwarding recommended candidates to Account Manager with my input on said candidate.

Full cycle technical telecommunications (wireless, OSP, E911, wireline) industry recruiting for multiple national projects. Collaborate with Hiring Manager and/or Client to assess the requirements of a vacancy and to determine the hiring channel. Manage internal and external posting process, including creating job descriptions and networking. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, to include sourcing, screening, coordinating interview schedule and ultimately presenting offer letters to candidates. Consult with managers on selection process. Utilization of MaxHire, Ceridian, and Oracle. New hire training and guidance: payroll process, time entry, policies and procedures. On national staffing campaign which had the highest hire and retention ratio in department 2008 and 2009. Only recruiter in company offered transfer to Seattle for start-up branch.
