Supervise the front desk operation.Implement calendar activities per voyage, handle complains and ensure prompt action to satisfy the guest, handle V.I.P's and groups onboard.

Responsible for all matters pertaining to Front Office such as registration of first class passengers, room keys issuance handles complain and attends to guest's request and needs.
