•1998-Present. Coastal Bay Properties, Coastal bay finance. Licensed and bonded real estate broker. Owner/Broker relevant for transaction negotiation purposes

•1993-Present. Aeromarine International. Owner/Broker for large VIP yachts and jet aircraft.

•1991-1993. Castlemain, Inc., Ft. Lauderdale Florida. Large/mega yacht broker.

•1987-1989. Gilman Yachts, Palm Beach Florida. Started in sail boat department, advancing into the medium power yacht division manager with advertising and marketing responsibilities.

•1987-1989. Esterly Yacht Sales, San Diego, California. Initial yacht brokerage job after returning from the successful America’s Cup winning campaign in Australia.

•Other relevant work experience was gained during the 2 year campaign with the Stars and Strips America’s Cup winning team, which involved being Director of Waterfront Operations as a project manager, logistics and transportation manager as well as security duties and as a liaison between the project campaign and regional and international authorities and vendors.
