JOB DESCRIPTION:
? Ascertain that client’s site safety rules/regulations are observed and emphasize pro-active solutions to correct unsafe conditions.
? Participate in weekly Safe Act Audit and meeting with all members of HSE Committee.
? Ensure that all accidents, near-misses, property damage and other related incidents are reported without delay reflecting safety discrepancies and recommendations for appropriate corrective actions by the responsible party.
? Assist management in correct Accident/Incident Investigative Reporting (AIIR) procedures.

? Identifying the areas of high risk with respect to RISK ASSESSMENT communicated by client supervisor/s inside refinery.
