Management responsibilities include slip leases, accounting, revenue collection, customer service, report writing, live aboard maintenance, computer network operation/maintenance, phone, website, VHF radio, fax and email administration. Responsible for patrolling and inspecting docks and facilities. General use of tools and pumps. Operation of various marina boats. Vessel towing and toxic spill inspection. Provide a visible presence to prevent theft and vandalism. On call 24 hour 7 days a week for emergency situations and vessel inspections.

Assisted with all company operations including marketing, physical improvements, maintenance, budgeting and contracting at South Beach Harbor in San Francisco. Customer service and support. Responsible for walk-in, telephone, and email customers. Train and supervise Office Assistant. Scheduled charters, lessons and races for corporate, commercial, public and private events. Maintained computer database for member and non-member customers. Draft proposals and contracts. Conduct cash and credit transactions. Quality assurance and follow up for all events and activities.
