The areas of marine and environmental safety in general are of great interest to me; this is why I choose to take a degree in marine studies. Hence, I am applying for the vacancies to enable me utilize and develop further all my skills. I obtained a second-class upper division in Maritime Management Technology and am a confident user of computer systems. I undertook different work experiences in some organization under the auspice of Student Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES). I am looking for a firm where I can become an intangible asset and affect the corporate profitability by the provision of cutting edge services and products.
I am applying for this, because I believe this would be a great opportunity to put together my creative and analytical skills with my growing interest in marine affairs. I think I am a notable candidate for this position because of my education (B.Tech in Maritime Management Technology) and proven leadership skills and customer relationship/service skills. The field of marine is of major interest to me, my relevant degree and growing interest in marine issues could in no small measure make me a perfect candidate for the position and to a large extent enable me perform all set task effectively.
