Felixarc Marine (part of Svitzer Towage and owned by AP Moller Mearsk) - Operates 7 vessels within the offshore renewable Energy, Towage,Dredging and sea defence market and actively assist in the offshore renewable energy market on wind farm projects to include tidal energy. 50 operational plus 4 shore based staff
Full P & L responsibility for company operations and the generation of additional revenue streams to consistently move the company forward securing new contracts. Develop budgets, forecasts, targets, strategy and ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and policies
• Took over and restructured this loss-making company which had a debt of £500,000 to become the only Svitzer UK company to meet its targets with an increase of revenue of 3.5 million per year
• Built the company from an employment base of 14 to 54 and introduce new office premises and additional vessels to cope with new contract work
• In 2009, the company was the only one in the UK group through exceeding targets by an emphatic 200%
• Wrote a company safety management system for a new vessel, which resulted in Lloyds verifying the DOC on the 17th March 2007 and on 18th March auditing the vessel and issuing the SMC

Swire Pacific Offshore – Singapore - A leading global service provider to the offshore oil and gas industry, operates over 65 offshore support vessels, with over 20 new vessels on order for delivery from yards.
Support a wide range of offshore activities, including drilling, production, exploration, pipe-lay, subsea construction and FPSO operations.
The Chief Officer Deputises for the master in his absence & is responsible for running the Anchors & assisting in barge and vessel positioning as required by the contractual commitments
Responsible for the onboard management, deck loading plan & vessel stability criteria.
Preparing the various reports for owner and client each night.

Chief Officer
Byron Marine Ltd, FLK Islands (Part of the Byron Group) - Established in the Falkland Islands for the purpose of bidding for, and being awarded, a coastal shipping re-supply service contract issued by the Falkland Islands Government. Provided and inter-island coastal re-supply service which was supplemented by regular export/import trading with southern Chile.
Managed the running of the vessel between Chile and Port Stanley moving commodities as required, liaising with the armed forces and the Customs and Exercise where required. Ensured documentation between the Islands Government and the Chilean Government was in order to avert any delay in the commodities reaching their final destination.

Rig Move Liaison Officer
Asso Shipping - Agency primarily providing a whole range of shipping activities including towage services in the North Sea
Supported the masters of both Chinese and Italian registered AHTs vessels and acted as the communications liaison between the onboard master and rig move master in transporting 3 rigs from Invergordon to the West Coast of Shetland.
• Performed pre job and safety analysis and ensured that the rigs were successfully deployed on time as planned
