Objective


To utilize my 20 plus years in the food service dept. on-board ship. I have worked in the bakeshop, wardroom, vegetable prep area, main course/main kitchen while serving in the U.S. Navy for 9 years.


Experience


U.S.Navy worked in Bakeshop served pastries, breads, and desserts, for 1100 plus service members.08/1986-6/95

U.S. Navy worked in general galley (kitchen) where I supervised 15 plus staff in all aspects of food service/safety and prepared/served the main course meal.08/1986-6/95.

Various commercial and or fast food restaurants for a short period of time.
