Objective
I would like to find work as a freelance Capt or mate in the Florida Keys. I have hundereds of fishing spots in the Gulf and also on the Ocean side. I also have extensive Knowledge of Bluewater and reef fishing. I have a bait boat and can get all the live bait we will need. Also have all nessary tackle for daytime swordfishing.
Experience
I currently own and operate a 48' Sport fisher named Big Conch as a charter boat from Castaways restaurant in Marathon. I learned to fish in the keys by mating with such Captains Jack Carlson and Mike Biffel using techniques pionered by Ralph Delph and J C Wells. I am proficent with a cast net and know where to get bait in the middle Keys. I am also a good kite fisherman. I am also proficent at deep dropping, yellow tailing and live baiting for sails and king fish.

I am an excellent mechanic, I have been involved in the construction of 2 custom sport fishers from start to finish. I have extensive knowledge off all ships systems, electronics and engine, tras and generator.
