Personnel/Administration Executive



It’s is one of the Leading Shipping Companies which is involved in handling manpower requirements on Cargo & Tanker vessels. It has branch offices in New Delhi, Chandigarh, Chennai & Kochi.

Responsibilities:



? Screening Applications of Seafarers to confirm validity of Documents/Certificates, Service Records, Personal Details etc

? Preparation of joining Documentation, Visa Applications, Flag State Licensing Documentation, Third party correspondence etc.

? Maintaining Statistical Data for Seafarers (Crew lists, Leave status, Crew movements, Crew Data, Accident and Incident Information, etc.).

? Co-ordination of arrangements with Institutes, Hotels etc. for Officers/Ratings when required.

? Arranging dispatch of Documentation, Crew Welfare Items, etc. to Clients and Ships.

? Any other duties that may be required by the Senior Management.

? Authorised to Undertake tasks and co-ordinate activities commensurate with the responsibilities outlined in the Company’s Quality Management System.

? Currently handling the Training & Courses for Shell – Qatar Fleet.

Responsibilities:

As client financial analyst did verifications & underwriting for world’s number1 bank. Activated accounts so that they are ready to be used.

? Verified customer applications on various parameters.

? Activated or declined applications based on customers’ Credit Bureau ratings.
