? Development of rotation plan to ensure manpower requirements are addressed during vacation time of personnel on-board
? Conduct of interviews with applicants and ensuring that selection process is aligned with the vessel requirements in coordination with the Crewing Officer
? Crew Training and Development
? Administration of performance management process on-board, in consultation with the HR & Administration Manager and the General Manager for Ship Management
? Training needs analysis of all personnel on-board and identification of all required courses for licensure and advancements
? Budget and Control
? Recommendations and cost-benefit analysis on adjustments/improvements on salaries and benefits of personnel on-board, in consultation with the HR & Administration Manager and the General Manager-Ship Management
? Monitoring of personnel compliance to the Company’s Code of Ethics (Crewing staff/vessel personnel)
