? Settlement of demurrage claims for delay in loading and discharging
? Dead freight calculation for cargo loaded below the nominated quantity as tanker fixture note.
? Settlement of demurrage claims per day basis between vessel’s owner and shipper/receiver.
? Calculation of “Free Days” for calculation of Demurrage
? Time management for demurrage claims under vessel’s Lay can period.
? Calculation of demurrage rate as per carrier tariff
? Executing of various Bill Of lading Clauses in tanker trade.
? Handling Note /Letter of protest for future settlement of claims.
? Finding root cause for the excess detention/delay of vessel.
? Exp. In Documentary Credit System for International Commodity exchange.
? Well experienced in Petroleum Charter Party(Contract)
? Well experienced in execution of different Bill of lading under Tanker Charter Party
? Exp. In Maritime Insurance under Protection & Indemnity (P&I) club.
