Objective
My objective is to secure a position as a deckhand on a large sportfishing vessel. With my knowledge of the ocean and past experiences working on commercial and private charters, my expertise are evident. I have a passion for the ocean and have extensive amounts of knowledge regarding sport fishing.
Experience
Past experiences include part time commercial fisherman, part time mate, and I have participated in tagging programs.
-Commerically my experience lies with Paul Fusco of Working Girl, where I assisted as a mate Tuna fishing in New Jersey. Currently I have worked 2 years part time at this position. This position was based out of Belmar, NJ.
-In addition I was employeed by Mark Gogan of Drop off Charters where I worked part time as a first mate tending to clients who chartered his vessel. Currently I am still employed with Mark and continue to run charters monthly with him. I have worked with Mark for over 2 years now. His boat is based out of Point Pleasant, New Jersey

As a first mate for over two years now, this does not begin to represent my knowledge of boating and the ocean. I have been fishing and boating since I was a kid but my real experience did not begin to take place till about 8 years ago where I was more involved. I am a hard working dedicated individual with a steadfast attitude. My experience has been achieved by working with knowledgable captains. I understand how to run a vessel, tend to the many responsibilities of keeping the vessel in tip top condition, and I can adpat to any environment where there is fish. I have an immesne amount of knowledge of all types of fishing, from live baiting, trolling, chunking, jigging, greensticking, etc...
