• Directed compliance procedures and maintained appropriate records for local, state, and federal regulatory agencies: OSHA, VOSH, DOT, VDOT, ATF, FMCSA, MSHA

• Provided Human Resource services for employees to include Coaching/performance appraisals/employee personal and professional forums/progressive disciplinary procedures.

• Authored and delivered regulatory, security, and safety awareness training for current and new company personnel; ensured global understanding of and adherence to procedures reviewed in local, state, and federal audits. Co-Owner, Managing Director (part time)

Created and managed operations for a retail clothing company from inception through closure, including inventory management, accounting, human resources, and security protocols. Directed inventory oversight, maintaining stockroom safety processes and documenting purchasing data for accurate reporting purposes. Spearheaded a Loss Prevention program, partnering on the monitoring of surveillance equipment that minimized theft and guaranteed shoplifting apprehensions.



Created and implemented a specialized training and coaching program for new and existing employees, including performance review follow-ups for detailed evaluations of staff. Launched a targeted marketing and sales campaign, resulting in improved visibility and increased customer traffic. Maintained financial analysis and record-keeping that effectively tracked company progress, including the creation of cash flow reports, receipt documentation, invoicing processes, and end-of-year closing procedures.
