would like to work on shore for any organization in order to enhance their business and in the process educate myself in the skills of working ashore
Experience
presently working as a chief officer(first mate) in a n oil tanker company. Have been sailing for the past 10 years in different capacities. As chief officer have been totally responsible for all cargo related operations including all concerned documentations and the legal aspects.
Also look after the well being of all personnel onboard. Man management and time management are a few of the core features of a shipboard manager. Working in a top management level on board a lot of decision making has to be done which should cater to the owners and ships interests as well as the interests of a lot of other parties which are involved in any operation which is being carried out(charterers,shippers,consignee,etc.Also it is an invaluable experience since you have to be working with multinational crew who keep on changing all the time. Overall to run a ship it is a total blend of whatever is required of an efficient manager. All the above has escalated my growth and it has been a fast climb as of now because all growth in the shipping industry depends on performance

Have done my 10+2 from recognised board of education in india. Thereafter i have completed my masters foreign going certificate from india.
Certification
I am holding a Masters Fg license from india
Also i have all the relevant certificates that are required by the industry in todays competitive world
